Back in the day (way back) when I actually made money for the work I did, I worked in publishing for a teen magazine. The fun part of the job was going out for breakfast followed by lunch events for beauty companies wanting to share their latest and greatest beauty products and my job was researching these new beauty trends to write about in the magazine. Our Beauty Department would be out all morning, that by late afternoon it was time to buckle down and get writing. The high bun which seems to be a "look" today is what we used to call the "3 O'clock" Editor bun. When you were busy at your desk you just needed to get your hair off your face.
Pretty simple to do, and all you need is a brush, elastic ban, some hair spray and a few bobby pins.
First toss your hair over and brush out, pull together to make a high pony, then grab the pony and wrap the loose hair around the elastic band and pin in place. A quick spray and you should be on your way!
