I was checking out Fredflare.com, super cute site and I found a few things that Salma herself pointed out to me as her MUST HAVES for Christmas! Every girl needs a clutch that's cute, some adorable sweet lip balms and an Eraser-ing, duh!

My sister is an International Editions Editor for Cosmopolitan Magazine and her last beauty feature was on the sexy Kim Kardashian(note the byline Shazi Golchin). When the photo shoot took place in L.A my cousin Behnaz was there to assist the stylists and then there is my sweet nephew Luis who just turned 18 and is deeply in love with her and has waited hours in line at two different press events just to see her. We are looking into some help for him!

Tangled...

Today I picked Salma up from school and we went to see Disney's Tangled. Love this movie, so sweet and super fun. The best part was we saw it in 3D and in one scene when the lanterns are floating in the air Salma reached out to touch them (sigh). Love those moments with the little ones.

These boots are made for...ME!

I just love GAP. These boots are amazing, but looks like they are sold out, so sad. Has anyone seen them in the stores?

ZARA kids...

LOVING, Loving ZARA for kids. My kiddies have a few things from here and it's just adorable.

Let's speak español...

I find it fascinating when a child can speak more than one language. My cutie Jack is in a dual language program for Spanish in his elementary school, every other day they are taught in English then Spanish. Any tools to help with this process are valuable, I came across Little Pim and think it's a must for our house.

The Holiday issue of Rue is out! The pages are filled with beautiful homes and ideas. I just love this bathroom, I was thinking of doing something this dark in my downstairs loo, it just feels so cozy and warm.

Kitchen coming along...

OK, so we are not officially done but here is part one of our kitchen makeover. We still have molding to put in and new appliances are coming. I couldn't get my entire kitchen in the shot, I have another wall of cabinets where my fridge and stove are, but you get the gist. The hardware on the draws and cabinets are from Martha Stewart Living from Home Depot along with the paint for the cabinets, pure white semi gloss. The floor is cork, from Duro Design. Sorry for my ghetto pictures, they are from my cell phone but that's how I roll!

I found these Peter Rabbit Organics at Starbucks, my kiddies LOVE them. You can also order them in larger quantities on Amazon, they come in a few different flavors.

My little criminals...

I have these pictures in my bedroom, I laugh every time I see them. Jack was three and Salma almost two. The hubby had gotten me a photo printer and in the instructions they said you can do passport pictures and this was what I got. Needless to say I had to take them to get professional photos!

Corsino Cantina downtown NYC on Hudson Street and Horatio. I have heard so many great things about this Italian restaurant. My wedding anniversary is just around the corner maybe the hubby can take me there.

Love that today is a brisk Fall day, I get to wear my tall brown boots. These are vintage Banana Republic but you can get tall boots anywhere. My sister just ordered a pair from Piperlime.

So my girl over at Always Order Dessert just received a box of Madeleines that are Delish! Alejandra works with my sista over at Hearst Publishing and is sharing the box with the office, news travels fast. They come from Donsuemor.

New to my wish list and hopefully in my near future is Kiehl's Creme de Corps Soy Milk and Honey Whipped Body Butter. I must say, anything with "whipped body butter" in its title must be ridiculously good.

LOVE, Love, love this white Marble Tulip Table. I just got my new floor put in my kitchen and I plan on painting my cabinets white(Inspiration; Two Ellie) and I could totally see this table in the corner of my kitchen.

This past weekend my husbands cousin Erin and her hubby flew in from North Carolina for a little family fun! We had a great weekend of good eats and wonderful conversations. Erin insisted on visiting Carlo's the famous Bakery in Hoboken NJ, home of the Cake Boss. Yummy treats were had by all, the tiramisu was amazing.

My sweater...

First let me address the fact that I only take pictures with my Blackberry, I lost the attachment that connects my camera to my mac to load my pics to my photo library ("sigh"). Now lets talk about how animal prints are serious business this season. This sweater is vintage Old Navy(I purchased it probably when I was getting a paycheck) but you can find animal prints in any store. Go get!

One of my best friends was rocking these clogs, and guess where they are from? Give up... Forever 21 and for under $30! Ay Que Cute (as Cathy would say)!

Pizza and The City...

This past weekend we went into the city to checkout the Limelight Marketplace(the first picture shows just how happy my kids were to walk around) and Eataly, both are right around the corner from each other. Eataly was jam packed but everything looked amazing, we ate homemade pizza and walked around. I found these amazing bread sticks, i Bibanesi di Kamut, so yummy with coffee. The crowd was too much for the kids so we hopped back to Limelight Marketplace and got the kiddies Gelato.
